Our Project was very involved due to Sub Division, Demolition, Swimming Pool and Construction of a Double Storey Home and I couldnt have asked for a more smoother process and handling of this project. The company owner, Brad, commissioned the inverter and showed me how to use the Solar Edge app. Finally an installer turned up looked at the installation site and listened to what I wanted to do. Within 20 minutes of being on site Brad agreed solar should work. In the summer months solar will offset most of our house electricity. He suggested I install Solar Edge inverter and orient the panels in a different direction to help mitigate the shade issues. We were very proud to be Brooke's first home sale.

Build was managed professionally in an efficient and friendly manner. Casey from My Home WA’s office rang/emailed us every week without fail to give us a weekly update on the construction progress and sent through the photos of construction stages. She was available all the time and responded to email and phone calls very promp... The customer service was as good as the quality of the build. Again quick to respond, cheerful and very helpful. I have told many of my friends about MyHomes and to talk with them and see what I mean.
Of course price was important and when it came to that we found that the value in the home was superior to the other builders with some quality finish items as well importantly addressing what was important to us. I want to change the world, and at the very least my community. We live in an age where we can generate our own electricity free from the sun - so why are we paying for power? More to point we only have 1 planet earth and for that reason we have the responsibility to leave this earth at the very least the same as when we got here, but why stop there. I went here with my children for the new supposed "fancy trampoline park" expecting to find full sized trampolines in the ground for lots of bouncing fun.
She took all that I said, and was able to translate this into a working design. Our house ended up being a complicated 6 x 3 build for My Homes, but they did not even bat an eyelid when it came down to the complexity. The building supervisors enough for helping me throughout the process, even when we had hickups with the shire and our bank. Nowadays when not many builders are offering changes to designs, my homes was team was mire than happy to change it according what we wanted. Cular salesman dropping the ball, and I believe he no longer works there.

My experience with Solar my home WA was exceptional from start to finish, I have no hesitation in recommending Brad, Matt and the team. I was looking for a quality package at a competitive price, professionally installed by the owner (Brad - electrician - NO sub-contactors) with ongoing customer support. Meetings with Brad were punctual and well explained, the install was on time and site left clean and tidy. A smaller company though dealing with the owner, Brad shows passion in Solar energy and I liked his moto to treat each install as his own home. The BOM was built to unite consumers with small Aussie business owners.
It really feels like you are important and not just another project to them. So around 3 months after pad down we are already at lockup stage and the next day much to my surprise the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are already here and installed. All of the work has been to a high standard and i have not noticed the use of any inferior products. I could not be happier with the build so far and has been so much less stressful than last time. My house was built weeks before the date that was promised.
The few issues we did have while building they were quick to deal with and sort it out. Once the slab was on the ground, the build time was very controlled and efficient. Each week a progress report was emailed to me keeping us up to date, something I really appreciated. The build was professional, and a high standard of construction. I would like to thank the staff and tradespeople for the fabulous construction of my home.
It was a wonderful journey from beginning to end thanks to all the very professional team who were always on the ball to ensure the build ran smoothly. I would 100% recommend my homes to anyone wanting to build as it was a great experience, finish was excellent and we were so excited to move in to our new home. Very fast response to all questions and fantastic customer service.
Solar My Home made the whole process so easy and painless, from the first site meeting which was very open and genuine about the products. We received great advice during the quote, with a professional follow-up. Overall a friendly bunch of people which resulted in a punctual, smooth and tidy installation on the day itself.

We could not have asked for better quality, My Homes did small things that are awesome and we didn't think of ourselves, our managers were all great and helpful. The service that I got from Casey was Excellent she was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
