Install was a dream, on time, clean, professional. A few days later Brad rang to say that he'd noticed my solar feed was being excluded from exporting by high local voltages and he raised a case with Western Power. Brad persisted with this and it now looks like we have resolution, with two non-compliant systems being identified nearby. Another reason to stay with reputable installers.
Other than the site supervisors communication gaps and too many variations which had blown our budget, overall experience was really nice. Excellent Service and Workmanship
Build was managed professionally in an efficient and friendly manner. Casey from My Home WA’s office rang/emailed us every week without fail to give us a weekly update on the construction progress and sent through the photos of construction stages. She was available all the time and responded to email and phone calls very promp... The customer service was as good as the quality of the build. Again quick to respond, cheerful and very helpful. I have told many of my friends about MyHomes and to talk with them and see what I mean.
We got our place in time, on budget and with no issues. The management was also exceptional, both the building supervisor to the team in the office, While I tried not to bother them, when I did ring them it wasn't an inconvenience and they... The finish quality is great and we are really excited to move in our new home. Solar My Home made the whole process so easy and painless, from the first site meeting which was very open and genuine about the products. We received great advice during the quote, with a professional follow-up. Overall a friendly bunch of people which resulted in a punctual, smooth and tidy installation on the day itself.
Once things got going, My Homes was professional and accommodating at every step and we would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with the choice of who to choose to build their home. We love our home and have had no issues, eighteen months in. Our build was completed about eighteen months ago and resulted in a great two-storey family home, based on our own custom design and involving many rounds of tweaking and refining the plans before contract signing .

It was a smooth process compared to what I had anticipated. The finished project is my dream come true and I am grateful to My Homes WA for its contribution. Always very helpful if we needed to make changes and were very helpful helping us to actually decide and design what we wanted! The team arrived for the install when they said they would, they were organised, tidy and checked in regularly that I was happy.
Just with any large projects there are always small faults and issues that you come across but all the issues where resolved hassle free and without adding time delays to the building process. The cost of the build at the end was pretty much on par with the estimated cost there were no hidden surprises for us. The service we received was very good and i would definitely use the company again, if in future where to build another house. From the customer service to the construction works, it all have been amazing!

It was a wonderful journey from beginning to end thanks to all the very professional team who were always on the ball to ensure the build ran smoothly. I would 100% recommend my homes to anyone wanting to build as it was a great experience, finish was excellent and we were so excited to move in to our new home. Very fast response to all questions and fantastic customer service.
The site works ended up being under 20k and the price of the house was better than any other company for the inclusions. We signed contracts towards the end of December and cheekily asked if there was any chance of getting the pad down before Xmas. Well somehow they got all the approvals done and the pad went down on Christmas eve! Over the last 3 months i have had constant updates from Casey in the office and the few times i have had questions or a few minor problems i have emailed through and always had a reply that day. Everything has been promptly resolved to my satisfaction and i consider the service to be 10/10 especially compared to my last build which i thought had gone quite well My Homes has taken it to an all new level.
